Get Started, Stay Motivated, Reach Your Goals! The personal trainers at Stillwater Fitness Club are certified professionals who want to help you create goals and achieve them. Packages are available for nonmembers, too! Get started today with one of these personal training packages: 3-Step Introductory Package Only for members who've never purchased a training program before, this package consists of three half-hour or hour one-on-one sessions. 12-Step/24-Step Programs These are 12 or 24 half-hour or hour one-on-one sessions. Client sets goals and performs exercises designed by their personal trainer. TRX Suspension Training This NEW training system uses body weight and gravity, which acts as resistance, to help develop strength, agility, balance and flexibility. Uses specialized equipment; good for all fitness levels. Four or eight session punchcards; limited to 6 people/session. Boot Camp Warm-ups, sprints, body weight exercises, group routines and plyometrics are performed in a supportive team environment. Four or eight-session punchcards; limited to 10 people/session. Kinesis Training A 30-minute workout that improves balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and endurance using specialized equipment in a private studio. Four or eight-session punchcards; limited to 5 people/session. Results This 6-week customized program combines intense workouts with specific meal-planning to ensure results. Besides twice-weekly meetings with your personal trainer, there are fitness assessments, exercise "homework" and online nutrition coaching.
