Stillwater Fitness Policies PlayCare Policies
- Shirt, closed-toe shoes, and pants or shorts are required.
- Proper conduct will be enforced. No spitting, profanity or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated. Stillwater Fitness Club has the right to refuse service.
- Stillwater Fitness Club is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
- There will be a $30 service charge on all returned checks.
- Members and guests must check in and present membership or guest card.
- Children must be 14 years or older to use the Club.
- Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
- No open or lap swimming during Aqua Fitness classes.
- Stillwater Fitness Club has the right to cancel or change class times and schedules.
- Members and guests must comply with all PlayCare policies.
- Cancellations to a 12- or 18-month membership must be mailed and postmarked by the first day of the month preceding the month termination is to be effective (example: Cancel by October 1 to terminate membership on November 1).
- Changes to the account or a freeze on the account must be received by the 18th of the previous month.
- No refunds on paid-in-full memberships.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
- Gold and Platinum members must use their Gold or Platinum service each month. Unused Gold or Platinum services may not be carried over to the next month.
- Personal training appointments must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Personal training appointments will be forfeited if cancelled less than 12 hours' notice.

PlayCare Policies
- Our PlayCare accommodates children from infants to school-age.
- Cost is $1.50/hour per child for ages 12 months and up. For infants 8 weeks to 12 months, the cost is $2.00/hour. The minimum age allowed is 8 weeks.
- Maximum time for PlayCare use is 1-1/2 hours.
- PlayCare providers are not allowed to change diapers. Parents will be notified if a diaper change is needed.
- Parents must stay in the building if their child is in the PlayCare.
- Parents will be notified if their child cries for more than ten minutes.
- Food and drink are not allowed in the PlayCare. Water is available and will be provided. PlayCare providers will bottle-feed infants if needed.
- Please do not bring sick children into the PlayCare. Children who have a fever, have vomited or have a persistent cough will not be admitted.
Infant PlayCare Policies
- Reservations are required for infants ages 8 weeks to 12 months. Reservations can be made in person or by telephone and must be made on the day you use the PlayCare. Please call early if you want to be assured of a spot (see Club hours for opening times).
- During our peak hours of 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., there is a maximum of two infants with reservations allowed in the PlayCare. During the off-peak hours of 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., one infant with a reservation will be allowed in the PlayCare.
- If you have a reservation and are late, your spot will be held for ten minutes. After that, it will be given to whoever may be waiting at the Club for an opening. Please call the Club to cancel your reservation if unable to keep it.
