We’re so confident you’ll enjoy your time at here, we’ll let you try it free for one week. (For first-time guests over 18 who are interested in joining our Club. Visitors receive low rates on daily, weekly or one-month memberships.) We offer a wide variety of cardiovascular and strength machines, free weight area, pool, sauna, hot tub, group exercise classes, and more. We participate in HealthPartners®, Preferred One, United Health Care, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medica and UCare Fitness programs. Ask your insurance provider if you qualify! Our Month-to-Month Membership There's no initiation fee or long-term commitment--just a month-to-month membership you may cancel at any time.* *A written notice must be received 30 days before the cancellation is to take effect (i.e., received by Oct. 1 to cancel Nov. 1).
