Renae lost 9 pounds and 9 total inches in six weeks:
"I tried the Results program because I wanted to become more fit and learn how to use more of the equipment in the gym. I was always active but my size never changed, so I just thought of myself as big-boned and that was how I was going to look.

But when I started the Results program, I realized that three components needed to be present in order for weight-loss to occur: cardiovascular training, strength training and a meal plan. Portion size matters! I was able to substitute foods throughout the meal plan, as long as I kept the same calorie count.
