Use the Bosu for balance and core stability work.

Cardio Mixer - 45 minutes
Fun cardio combos: Spinning, kickboxing, Step & Bosu.

Cardio/Sculpt - 45 minutes
Combines cardiovascular exercises with intervals of muscle sculpting using a variety of equipment.

Dance Mix - 60 minutes
A variety of dance and boxing moves.

Extreme Spin - 60 minutes
Longer, more challenging Spinning session.

Full Circuit - 60 minutes
Full-body conditioning while maintaining heart rate; emphasis on muscular endurance and core strength.

Glutes & Abs - 30 minutes
Fifteen minutes of tightening and toning glutes, fifteen minutes of core strength exercises.

Hula Hoopla - 60 minutes
Hula hoop with specially-made hoops just for adults; 45 minutes are basic moves and 15 minutes are advanced.

Kickboxing - 45 minutes
An intense cardio workout using jabs, punches and kicks in easy-to-follow combinations.

100% Step - 45 minutes
Challenging step patterns and intensity intervals on the Step.

Spinning - 45 minutes
Instructor-led group cycling to music.

Step & Tone - 45 minutes
Aerobic conditioning with the Step and muscle toning make this an invigorating workout.

Total Body Conditioning - 60 minutes
High intensity cardio and strength training are combined with core, balance and agility drills.

Total Body Conditioning Express - 30 minutes
An abbreviated Total Body Conditioning class, featuring high intensity cardio and strength training.

Zumba - 60 minutes
Music and dance moves make this a fun and easy-to-do workout.

 

















 

Aqua Classes

Aqua Intense - 60 minutes
High intensity aerobic workout using both shallow and deep water; abs, strength work.

Aqua Combo - 60 or 90 minutes
Combination aerobic and Pilates workout.

Yoga Classes

Gentle Flow Yoga - 60 minutes
This class is for students who enjoy meditation and a slower-paced style of yoga called Hatha. Designed to "tune in and chill out", it reduces stress and tension, creating a sense of calm and well-being.

Power Yoga - 60 minutes
Build a solid core, arm strength, balance and deep concentration practicing Power Vinyasa Yoga.

Yoga/Pilates Fusion - 60 minutes
Through a combination of Yoga and Pilates movements, this class will leave you refreshed and energized.

Other Classes

These are fee classes using a four or eight-session punch card which is available for purchase at the front desk. All classes are led by a personal trainer.

Boot Camp
All fitness levels are welcome in this challenging, high-energy class. Classes consist of warm-ups, sprints, plyometrics, body weight exercises, group routines and a cool-down.

Kinesis is a one-of-a-kind strength/cardio training class using specialized equipment in a private studio.

TRX uses straps and your own body weight as resistance to increase strength, flexibility and balance.
