Fifteen minutes of tightening and toning glutes, fifteen minutes of core strength exercises.

Cardio Circuit - 45 minutes
Rotate stations for a heart-pumping workout.

Cardio/Sculpt - 45 minutes
Combines cardiovascular exercises with intervals of muscle sculpting using a variety of equipment.

Extreme Spin - 60 minutes
Longer, more challenging Spinning session.

Fit for Life - 45 minutes
Geared towards 55+ individuals, includes low impact aerobics, toning and stretching.

Hard Bodies - 30 minutes
Upper body workout using bands, body bars, dumbbells, and Bosu.

Kickboxing - 45 minutes
An intense cardio workout using jabs, punches and kicks in easy-to-follow combinations.

Muscle Mix - 45 minutes
Combines muscle toning and fat-burning aerobics.

100% Step - 45 minutes
Challenging step patterns and intensity intervals on the Step.

Spinning - 60 minutes
Instructor-led group cycling to music.

Step & Tone - 45 minutes
Aerobic conditioning with the Step and muscle toning make this an invigorating workout.

Total Body Conditioning - 60 minutes
High intensity cardio and strength training are combined with core, balance and agility drills.

Yoga - 60 minutes
Balance the body and increase strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular levels. All levels are welcome!

Zumba - 60 minutes
Music and dance moves make this a fun and easy-to-do workout.

 








 

Aqua Classes

Aqua Intense - 60 minutes
High intensity aerobic workout using both shallow and deep water; abs, strength work.

Aqua Zumba - 60 minutes
Fun, Latin-music-infused dance workout in the pool.

Combo Class - 60 or 90 minutes
Combination aerobic and Pilates workout.
