  Need to change your workout? Try a group fitness or aqua class to kick-start your weight loss or endurance goals.
  • Hula Hoopla is a fun, noon-hour class that uses hoops made especially for adults (so it's easier to hoop)!
  • Kickboxing, 100% Step or Cardio/Sculpt are fun and challenging enough even for the more advanced gym-goer, but still can be modified for the beginning exerciser.
  • Yoga classes are held in a variety of levels from beginners to the more advanced.
  • Working out is a party with Zumba, a Latin-music infused class where you'll dance your way to fitness with exciting and easy-to-learn moves.
  • In the pool, Aqua Combo and Aqua Intense will challenge you with exercises to increase strength and endurance.
  • Kinesis, TRX and Boot Camp classes are led by certified personal trainers who guide you through the exercises.
